    ISFP (4w3)

George Munn personality type is ISFP, a type that is not as well-understood as he is.

I am a long-time fan of his. I have read all of his books and have a lot of respect for him.

In this post, I’m going to review his book “The Extraverted Thinker” (ET), and explain why I think it is important.

I think it’s a good book for anyone who has an interest in how personality types are developed and what can be done to increase their effectiveness.

What is an extraverted personality type (ET)?

In the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) system, the extraverted personality is called the “thinking” or “perceiving” personality type.

It’s an extraversion that leads to thinking and perceiving, not feeling or sensation.

That might sound strange, but think about it this way: A feeling person would rather be doing something than thinking about it. They would prefer to be feeling something, rather than thinking about it.

A sensation person, on the other hand, would prefer to be thinking about something to be doing something.
