yorsely (elf kid) personality type is ISFJ, so I can see where you're coming from. However, I'm not an ISFJ and I'm not really close to them (I was in the same English class as the kid who was a complete jerk), so my observations might not be totally accurate.
2. I don't know what you mean by "communicate with them." If they're avoiding you, you should talk to them. If they're doing something besides avoiding you, you should figure out what they're doing because they might not be doing anything at all.
3. I'm not sure if I understand why the ISFJ is being a jerk. Perhaps it's because they saw your ex as a jerk, or maybe they hate you for some reason, or maybe they saw someone else as a jerk and wanted to be like that person, or maybe they hate everyone. If you know for a fact that it's because of something about you, then talk to them and tell them why you think that's the case. If it's a general hate of people, then talk to them about that. In that case, I'd probably go back to step one, but if it's something specific about you, then talk to them.
