So this means that even when she tries to be a leader in her little group, she's going to be falling all over herself, trying to please everyone. I'm not sure if she's that consciously aware of this, but I think it's true.
She also isn't very confident in herself. I don't mean like "I'm not confident I'll pass this test" or anything like that. It is very much that she doesn't trust herself to do something great, even when she knows she can and should.
She's not confident in her own understanding of things, which makes it hard for her to explain them to others.
