I am more “sociable” and outgoing than “introverted,” but much less so than the ISTPs I’ve met.
Although I am introverted, I don’t have much of a preference for alone time. I’d rather be in company, conversing or socializing, than alone.
That said, I do have a lot of my own interests and hobbies, and I enjoy spending time alone. It’s just something that I prefer to do for myself.

I’ll admit, there are times where I’ve felt like ISTP personalities get too much attention from society.
Even though it is a rare personality type in the general population, they still get a lot of attention and admiration.
And while all types of people can be arrogant, insensitive, and downright rude, ISTP personalities are the least likely to be these things.
Thus, they can sometimes get too much praise and attention from people they don’t deserve.
