Guatalan personality type is ISTJ, which is the same as mine. I see this as a good thing, because they're so similar to me!
I believe that we are all incredibly similar on our native American continents, and that we should learn from each other.
If you're an ISTJ, please understand that I'm probably writing this from my own perspective. I know that the way I think about things is different than the way you think about them, and I know that the way you think about things is different than the way I think about them.
We all come from different viewpoints, and it's important to understand that.
So what do ISTJs do?
ESTJs are the originators and leaders of things. They are responsible for making sure that things happen, and they need to make sure that they know their responsibilities and don't step out of line. ESTJs are very responsible and reliable people, but they are also extremely loyal to their friends and family. They are there for their loved ones in times of need, and they can be fiercely protective of those they care about.
ISTJs are logicians and planners. They see things in black and white, and they need clear goals to accomplish.
