Erhan personality type is ENFP, I wish to share this because I believe that the relationship between my mental and physical health is heavily influenced by the ways in which I process information.
As I mentioned, my personality type is ENFP. It is definitely one of the most well known personality types as it is the most common in Myers Briggs. Myers Briggs is a popular test that allows you to determine your personality type through an online questionnaire. The results are then compared against sixteen personality types.
Myers Briggs defines four personality traits: extroverted, sensing, intuitive, and thinking. These four traits are combined to create a personality type, which can be further broken down into eight different types. I have a mixture of extroverted and intuitive traits.
Myers Briggs categorizes my personality as ENFP. This is a combination of extroverted and intuitive traits. Extroverts are people who like to present themselves in an open manner, whereas, the intuitive are people who like to analyze information. These two traits generally go hand in hand.
Extroverts like to communicate with people and they also like to communicate about themselves. They are usually outgoing and open minded individuals who are good at organizing their thoughts into a coherent plan of action.
