The study also found that McCool’s personality traits were strongly associated with the Big Five personality types (extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness, conscientiousness and neuroticism) and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
McCool’s results also show that the trait is moderately correlated with IQ, and strongly associated with the Big Five personality traits.
McCool’s results also demonstrate that she is extroverted, and optimistic about the future, which is consistent with prior research on this trait.
However, McCool’s personality trait traits also led her to make a few unusual conclusions.
The first was that she believes that introverts are more likely to have better judgment. She also argues that introverts are more likely to be more productive and effective employees.
