Curran personality type is ESFP, and it was an easy decision for me to move into this type after the job market for ESFPs was so tight. My husband is a good fit for the ENTP personality type and he works in a field that allows him to use his imagination and creativity. He's a very good fit.
What do you like most about your job?
I love my role as a counselor to people going through life transitions. I get to help them find the best way to deal with the challenges they are facing in their lives. I am also very happy with my salary and benefits package.
What do you like least about your job?
I really dislike coming into work and working on a day when there is a lot of drama at work. It is very stressful when I have to deal with bad news from a patient or other sources. I also dislike the long work hours, especially because I have to take time off for training, sick days, and vacations.
