Mao-chan personality type is ENFP, which is a lot like the MC of this manga. It's not quite so obvious, but I think. One thing I really like about this manga is that it takes a lot of the stereotypes associated with the ENFP (i.e. a very friendly and outgoing personality type, who is good at making friends) and breaks them down. They're still fairly stereotypical, and they're still there, but they're broken down a little bit so that you can see what makes this type of person tick. It's not just that they have a lot of friends, or that they're outgoing, or that they're friendly. It's more like, "This is what an ENFP is like" and it's not just "Oh, they're so friendly! That's what ENFPs are like!" It's more like, "Look at how they view the world, and at the choices that they make. This is what an ENFP is like." Very interesting. I think that's one thing that makes this manga stand out from other ENFP manga. I'm not saying that all ENFPs are like that. I'm just saying that it's a very interesting take on the type, I think.
