Touko personality type is INFP, his character development is near or at the top of the top tier in the show.

I'm just gonna say this: the best character is always the one that gets the most time to develop. The rest are good, but since they don't get enough time they can't really develop much.

Character development is key in making a good series. It's one of my top 5 reasons to watch a show.

That said, I think Nagisa should end up with Ritsu, but not because she's his type or anything like that. They should end up together because that would be such an intense romance story. She's his best friend, and being with her would really help him get through the tough times. Plus, she's just a general cool girl and I love her design, so I'd be sad if she ended up with anyone else.
