Their extroversion makes them great at making new friends easily. They are popular with their friends and co-workers alike, and enjoy helping others. They may seem shy and reserved, but are not. They are generally very loyal to those they care about, and want to make everyone happy. ESFJs make excellent counselors, teachers, bosses, and managers. They are very aware of their own feelings and needs, and offer support to their loved ones when needed. They consider their job to be more than a job, and take pride in their work. They also have a deep desire to be of service to others, as they enjoy helping others.
