Charles personality type is ISFJ, and that’s the type I am. Most people will find me to be quiet, kind, and supportive. I take my job as a manager seriously, but I do it with integrity and kindness.
This is the second career path I’ve taken. The first was a call center. I worked in a corporate call center for seven years, and while I enjoyed the work, it was not my passion. I recently left that job and am now a stay at home mom to my two children.
I only recently started to think about the career path I could take in my third career. In my mind, my type was still ISFJ. This week, however, I ran across a research study by Myers-Briggs that suggested there could be a personality type that is both a manager and a worker. It also suggested that there was a career path for me to follow.
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a model of human personality developed by Isabel Briggs Myers and her daughter Katherine Briggs in the 1940’s. It is used to quickly and easily determine someone’s type.
