They follow him just because they're told to do so, and they don't question why they're doing it. They're probably not even religious, just following tradition. I don't think they really believe in him, but they follow him because he's seen as a good god.The second type is the one who's self aware enough to know that Malacath isn't what most people think he is. But they still follow him because most people like Malacath, even if they don't like him as a god. You'll see this type if you read through this thread.
