George Bailey personality type is ENFP, a rare type among narcissists. I suspect that most narcissists do not have ENFP personalities because the dominant function of the self is INTJs. For narcissists, the ENFP is too emotionally sensitive and intuitive to be able to act as the executive function of the self.
