Tomek personality type is INFP, which is an introverted, intuitive, feeling and perceiving type. However, I find that many of his ideas are not actually felt by him at all.
He does not really believe in what he says and presents (although he does believe it). He loves to talk about it, but somewhere inside him there is no movement. He is also completely incapable of self-criticism and self-reflection. He is unable to understand how he has failed in his job. He cannot understand why he is not able to convince people of his ideas. He just knows that he is good at it and he must be right.
Whenever he has a truly good idea he is completely sure that everyone else will approve of it and follow his lead. He believes that they will become as happy as he is once they start doing what he tells them to do.
He is afraid of losing his audience and being scorned. He becomes afraid of being ridiculed or rejected. As a result he does the exact opposite of what he wants to do, no matter how much he believes in his ideas.
He does not really believe in the truth and therefore does not really believe in anything.
