Ignasi personality type is ISTP, but he is also an ENTJ. Why? What makes him one or the other? To be clear, this isn't a game-changing personality analysis. It is a brief summary of his journey, which was also my own.
The ISTP personality type
If you have read the introduction and the first part of my blog post, you may already know that I am an ISTP. In other words, this is the personality that I have always been and the one that I identify with most strongly.
However, when I first started out writing this blog post, I tried to classify my inner world as a way to better understand myself. So I checked out the "official" ISTP personality profile from the Myers Briggs Foundation.
This is what it says:
ISTJ — Extraverted, Sensing, Thinking, Judging ISTP — Introverted, Sensing, Thinking, Perceiving
This is what the Myers Briggs Foundation refers to as the "official" profile. But the ISTP profile has been changed from time to time, and even in the latest version, there's no mention of extraverted judging.
