Iseya Nao personality type is INTJ, in which they are both a bit more in-tune with reality and a bit less in touch with the inner narrator. They tend to have little to no interest in chasing after dreams, though they will go for them in order to appear in a better light, if for no other reason than to prevent someone from making a snide remark. This is where their "dreams" usually come from. They have a good eye for what's going on, and will usually watch from a distance, allowing them to watch from a position of safety so they can assess the situation without interference. If they aren't in a position that makes them seem like the most important person in the room, they will usually play the role of a bystander. If they're not, they will try to make themselves seem like the most important person in the room, even if it's at their own expense.
