They are the go-to people for everything, whether it’s for parties, or for helping others. They are very compassionate and generous people, who give to others and make others feel better. They are often the ones you can call in the middle of the night for advice, or just for a chat.
When it comes to work though, they are not good at doing things alone. ESFJs need other people around them to help them get things done. They are not naturally self-motivated and will often need a lot of inspiration and guidance to get things done, even if they do want to do them.
Even though they like others around them, they like to keep things a secret. They are not very good at being direct and will often go around the problem rather than just say out loud how they feel about something.
