The family moved to Toronto in 1977. While in Toronto, Frankie Wong attended the School for the Deaf in Toronto for three years. He also attended some classes at the Ontario School for the Deaf. Frankie attended high school in Toronto, but did not graduate. To him, school is not that important, but he does enjoy making friends.
