CoCo personality type is ESFP, and I am a very different individual than the one I was in my late teens and early twenties. I have a much greater sense of self-confidence and self-esteem, and I feel more connected to others and to myself. I could not have done this in my earlier years. I’ve also worked very hard at learning and practicing meditation and mindfulness. I’ve developed a much clearer and more focused sense of identity.
I’ve also learned to see myself as a great big ball of energy, much less chaotic than when I was younger. Of course, there are still times when I feel weak and vulnerable, but for the most part I’m much more grounded than when I was younger. Although I still have times when I’m a bit overwhelmed or feel that I’m not loving myself enough, I’ve experienced a steady sense of inner peace and calmness that has come from this work.
I’m proud to say that since my mid-twenties I have been able to express myself in a much more creative way.
