"He is an extrovert with a big personality, very sociable and loves to meet new people," says Caldas. "The music business is full of egotistical people with small egos, so he was really surprised when he found out that he was an ESFJ."
Caldas says Nicácio doesn't show his emotions outwardly.
"But he's very passionate and also has a big heart," he said. "You can tell he's a very positive person and knows how to forgive."
Nicácio's family is also important to him. He says his mother, who is his biggest supporter, is the one who got him into singing.
"I'm lucky to have a mother as supportive as she is," he says. "She always supports what I do and makes sure I'm OK."
