Intak (P1Harmony) personality type is ENFP, and I’m an ENFJ (P2Harmony). I’ve been dealing with the ENFP part of me for years, and now I finally understand what’s been driving it.
I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately, and it’s time to give some of this ENFP stuff a little bit of a go. What can we do with this, after all?
INFPs and ENFJs are the most sensitive of the 16 types. They’re more likely to be “closeted” than any other type and to avoid social events. INFPs and ENFJs may feel self-conscious about their sensitivity, but they usually don’t know why. They’re probably not as self-conscious as they think they are. It’s not as if they keep themselves up at night wondering which of their friends is secretly judging them as the “sensitive one.” The reason for this lack of self-consciousness is that they’ve learned to protect themselves from being deeply affected by other people.
