Jerome (TO1) personality type is ESFJ, or the "Nurturing" or "Supporting" personality type. ESFJs are warm, loyal, and enthusiastic people who are usually concerned with helping others feel comfortable and secure. ESFJs are usually the first to offer a helping hand to those who need it. They often take on the role of caretaker and protector for their loved ones (whether they are family, friends, or co-workers). ESFJs are usually very warm and affectionate towards others, but can lose their cool when they feel attacked or threatened. ESFJs are always looking for ways to make others feel good, and are quick to comfort those who are hurting. "What can I do to make you feel better?" is a common ESFJ question. ESFJs are often seen as gentle and sensitive, though they can be very controlling and manipulative. On the surface, ESFJs seem to be caring and compassionate people. But underneath it all, they are driven by a deep need for security and comfort.
