Beelzebub personality type is ENFJ, but I’m not very fond of ENFJs.
The Enneagram in the Business World:
Business is a lot of small individual decisions and decisions within a team and groups. Many of these decisions will be made by people with the same type of personality as the CEO or other executives.
An MBTI person can be a CEO and a different person can be a COO. They are two different people, but they both have the same type of personality. I believe that enneagram shows much more about the leader than it does the actual person leading the company.
I think this is true because often times leadership is used as a cover for feeling insecure and not being able to express themselves. MBTI has been largely criticized because of this, but I don’t think it is possible to separate the leadership from the person. For example, if someone is an ESFP and they become a leader they will probably be more natural in letting people know that they are an ESFP, but they will still have the same concerns, feelings, etc. that they have as an ESFP.
