Kun (WayV) personality type is ISFJ, but I was at the lowest end of the scale, so I may be wrong. When I was lower than ISFJ, I wasn't as anxious and depressed as I was when I was at the top end, and I would go through periods of extreme over-thinking and depression which I would pass off as stress and anxiety. I was sure that if I could just be normal, everything would be okay.
It didn't work.
I wasn't normal.
I was depressed.
I was anxious.
I was stressed.
And I hated myself for it.
I wasn't happy with myself, and I hated how I made everyone else feel, and how they saw me.
I hated how much everyone else had to pretend around me, and how much they hated doing that for me.
I felt a terrible sense of guilt because no matter how much I tried to hide it, they knew something wasn't right with me, and they were all afraid to talk about it. They didn't want to upset me because they thought I'd be upset with them if they did, so they just kept pretending. It was exhausting.
