I'm still not sure where you're getting your information. If someone was a hebephile, and that was the only thing about them that made them a pedophile, it would be very unlikely for them to have any sexual interest in children. Pedophilia is defined as sexual attraction to prepubescent children and the DSM-IV states that a person must have sexual attraction to children before puberty.
