He should start a blog. He could blog about his latest books and about the latest trends in the tech industry or about how to improve as a salesperson. That would be a great way to meet new people, although he should be careful not to get too focused on the idea of “selling” on his blog.
He should use Linkedin. He’s only rated at 3.6/5 for his Linkedin profile, which is not that good, but he also only has 10 connections, so that’s not too bad.
