As a person, I am a very loyal and kind person. I am a very good listener and I always want to help people, even if they don’t like me. I’m an optimist, and I see the good in every situation. I’m always smiling and joyful.
As a manager, I’m not very bossy or demanding. I try to be as supportive as possible while still pushing my team to do its best. I take the time to get to know my employees as individuals, so I can best support them and help them grow.
