They are good decision makers, and like to make sure that they have all the facts before making a decision. ESTPs are very keen on procedures and rules. They like things in order, have a good sense of time and are extremely organised and disciplined. ESTPs are capable of being very much in control of their lives, but they don't like it if things move too fast. They're good decision makers, and like to make sure that they have all the facts before making a decision. Because of their preference for action they often take on more responsibility than they should.
