Jana personality type is INFP, which is the most introverted of the sixteen Myers-Briggs types. I’m an INFP, and I’ve always felt like my personality type was very much like Jana’s.
One of the first things I noticed when I started reading this book was how similar it was to my experiences as an INFP. As I read on, I began to notice that it was very much an INFP book, written by an INFP.
As an INFP, I’m a very creative person. I often find myself daydreaming, and visualizing the ideas that I come up with. I never actually write anything down, but I often imagine, daydream and doodle ideas as they occur to me. Sometimes my ideas are novel ideas and sometimes they’re just very basic. But they’re usually very interesting to me.
As an INFP, I like to be alone. I use my imagination and daydreaming as a way of escaping from everyone and everything around me. I find it very difficult to trust others, and I can be very guarded and suspicious of people.
