SM: I think it plays into my career in a lot of ways. I can get overwhelmed when I’m thinking about a lot of things at once, so I don’t necessarily do things in an organized way. But at the same time, I’m very analytical. If there’s a problem that needs to be solved, I have a way of figuring it out. But I don’t like to have a lot on my plate at one time. I like to take things step by step.
AG: What are your thoughts about the future for the ENFP type?
SM: I think ENFPs are going to be the dominant personality type for the rest of the century. It’s going to be the dominant personality type that we see in all areas of life. They’re creative, and they’re imaginative.
