Víctor Ortiz personality type is ENFP, so I was hoping she would be ENFP. She was not. She was a different type altogether. I have come to accept the possibility that I am wrong about my conclusions about a character’s type (I think there are some people I have misclassified), but I’m still hurt by this.
The other thing that bothered me about this book is that I don’t like the way it treats the idea of being gay.
I feel like that’s a very loaded word, and maybe it’s not entirely fair to put it in a book that is not about the subject, but I felt like it was used to flatter the main character a lot. And I didn’t like the way it was used to flatter the main character.
Also, the main character was just a complete jerk, and he treated the love interest like crap towards the end of the book. I can’t even bring myself to describe what he did because it was just so despicable. It made me dislike him even more.
Overall, this book wasn’t as good as I had hoped.
