I’ve also used this test because it helped me discover some of my weaknesses, and even though I wish I had more courage, for example, I’m not surprised by it. Knowing my weaknesses can help me become stronger, just as knowing the strengths of others can help them become stronger.
The point is that we can learn from other people’s strengths and weaknesses just as we should learn from our own. That’s why I think it’s important to understand ourselves better.
