While this is not the exact form of the form of the MBTI form, it is recognized by the MBTI to be in the same general category as the MBTI form. The MBTI form is more specific as it focuses on differences in personality type as based on the four letter personality code (S=Sensing; N=Intuition; T=Thinking; F=Feeling).
While I am not a big fan of the MBTI and its popularity, I do find it interesting that while this personality code is similar to the popular MBTI form, it is different in that the MBTI form focuses on three categories and the personality code focuses on four. It is somewhat ironic that many people would consider the four letter personality code to be more accurate and personal when each letter represents a different category—meaning it is more “accurate”—when each category is simply different from each other.
