Babi is a four-piece pop-rock band from St. Petersburg, Russia. The band consists of Anastasia Kolesnikova (bass and vocals), Olga Kolesnikova (drums and vocals), Marina Miroshnichenko (guitar) and Denis Olegovich Erenburg (guitar). They perform in English.
The band was founded in 2009 by Anastasia and Olga, who were studying at the St. Petersburg Conservatory of Music. They had shared the stage with many bands from Russia and abroad, including such popular musicians as Alice Cooper, Gogol Bordello, Gza, and the Black Eyed Peas. Their music was written by Olga, Anastasia and Denis. In 2010, the band released their first EP called "Anastasia & Olga", which included the songs "You are Mine", "Crazy Love", "I'm Kissing You", and "Night".
Bárbara Mireya Santiago Notario "Babi" (born June 24th, 1999) is a Spanish singer-songwriter. She began uploading her own songs to her YouTube channel in 2019 and the lyric video to her single "Colegas" accumulated over 25 million views since its release.
