Kurt personality type is ISFJ, the 'Caregiver' type. ISFJs are the most caring and most people oriented of all the types. They are the types who love to help people and to serve others. They are also one of the most adaptable and flexible types. ISFJs are always ready to make themselves available to friends or family in times of need. They also enjoy serving others, as long as they feel that the task is meaningful. ISFJs are empathetic and compassionate; they are constantly seeking to help others and tend to make their friends feel like they are genuinely appreciated. They typically have a great deal of empathy for others and are not afraid to show their emotions. ISFJs are receptive when they listen to others, and can be very understanding. They are also very supportive and very encouraging to those they care about. People may not realize that an ISFJ actually has a lot of the qualities that they look for in a friend or a spouse.
