Ed René Kivitz personality type is ENFJ, the introverted intuitive. For those who don’t know, introverts and extroverts are personality types (not to be confused with personality disorders). They’re the two ends of the spectrum of human personality. Extroverts are outgoing and sociable, and introverts are quieter and more reserved. As you can see, there’s a difference between the two words. And just like extroverts (and perhaps even moreso) tend to be more extraverted than introverts, they also tend to be more of one type than the other.
When I first started reading about this personality system, I was surprised to learn that these are not just polite ways of saying “sociable” or “outgoing”.
