Dominic Craik personality type is ESTP, so I’m guessing the “ET” is ESFP. I also have seen others with an ESTP personality type interpret this as “N” as the fourth letter. In my opinion, I think the “ET” is an abbreviation for “Extraverted Thinking” as indicated by the fact that it is a capital letter, and I also think it fits with the “E” in extraverted, but not necessarily the “T”.
ESFJ, ESEJ, and ESTJ – respectively – Extraverted Sensing, Extraverted Thinking, and Extraverted Sensing Judging. “E” seems to be a neutral letter for the dominant function of the Myers-Briggs personality type. The “S” of Sensing is a dominant function, but I’m not sure if the “I” of Introverted Intuition is a dominant function.
