She was only 21 years old, but she was already an experienced professional, having worked in several places both in Italy and in the United States.
She had a particular interest in the world of catering in the United States. In fact, she had already worked as a waitress in a small diner in New Jersey, where she had met people who would later become friends. A few years later, she decided to move to the U.S. and pursue her career in catering.
