Burger personality type is ENFP, but I’ve met scores of people who have been through the same thing, and they’re all different based on their temperaments.
But I would say that, for example, if you have introverted feeling, and you are a foodie, then you probably have a big problem with self-control issues, and you just kind of get trapped in your own way of thinking. And so, the only thing I can think of that might work for you is to try to stop trying to do it.
And I don’t even know what that means. But it’s like, “Okay, I’m not going to try to change my personality.”
