Black Impostor personality type is ISTP, but I have a tough time delegating. I really don’t like to delegate, but I need to because it takes time away from my projects and my projects are the thing that determines if I’m going to be successful or not. So I try to delegate as much as I can, but it’s incredibly difficult for me. In order for me to be a good delegator, I need someone who is willing to do it for me, someone who can handle my projects, someone who is more organized than I am.
So I ended up with a really good team of people. And then I manage them too, and that’s a little bit harder because they’re like a family, and they get their egos hurt when I give them tasks. It’s like “you know what, guys, you’ve got to do this one too”, and they don’t like it, but I know that they can do it and I can tell them that they can handle it.
I’m an ENFJ. That means that I have a hard time with conflict.
