Sp/So One personality type is ISTJ, the Rational, Law-abiding, and Judicious personality type. The ISTJ personality type is one of the sixteen Myers-Briggs personality types. ISTJs are most often described as practical, caring, dependable, and serious. They are known for their hard work and loyalty. They are often described as a “by the book” type that follows the rules and regulations to the letter. They are often seen as being very serious and focused on what needs to be done. The ISTJ personality type can sometimes be seen as the “perfectionist” of the personality types. ISTJs are known for being very loyal to their loved ones, friends, and family. But they are also able to be very loyal to their careers and work environment.
