Lipsy personality type is ESTP, if you ask me. I am also not 100% sure, but I think it is more likely that the type is ISFP, since ISFPs are more self-compassionate.
ISFPs are the only type that I have encountered that really do not care much about others. Well, except maybe other ISTJ types, and they at least have a high regard for their family members.
This is why I believe that the type is ISTJ.
ISFPs care about the world, and their own community. They are very responsible, and they can be considered the leaders of their group. The community isn't just small and local like some other types, either. It is more than that; it is a community that they are part of, one that they have built. They are not just someone who plays a role in a larger community, either. They actually make the community bigger by making it more diverse with new members.
ISFPs also follow their interests. Their interests may be different from other people's interests, but they really do follow them. They may not even realize that they follow them, but there is a reason for it.
