Robin Katz personality type is ISFJ, which is the most common of all the J types. ISFJs are the most “people-oriented” of all the types. They are very good at reading people and know almost instantly when someone is upset or nervous (just as well, ISFJs are the ones who most often become therapists!). They are also excellent listeners, typically knowing what to say and what to do to help others. Wherever they are, they are absolutely at home and will often function as a hostess or inquisitor.
Their “people skills” make them good leaders, although they are usually content to work as a team member rather than being recognized as a leader.
ISFJs are very sensitive and understanding people. Their goal is to help others. Their job is to make things easier for people. They have a great need to be liked and appreciated. They also want to hear what others have to say and will often interrupt if they think it will be helpful in some way (and they don’t like not being heard!).
ISFJs have trouble with conflict and need to learn how to deal with opposing viewpoints and points of view.
