Since ESFJ’s are stereotypically thought of as being caring and trustworthy, and Janie is definitely one of those people, I can completely see Janie being someone who would end up getting a lot of work done. Janie is not the kind of person who can sit around all day and do nothing, but rather she likes to act first, think later. In other words, she would be a good leader! One thing that really stands out about Janie is how she is very passionate and also very straightforward. She does not like to sugar coat things or play mind games, so I think that she would be an interesting person to work with.
