I am a type 6, also known as a dreamer. I can go off at a tangent like no one's business, and I often do. I try to write down all my crazy ideas, and I have a very hard time following through with them.
I feel that my personality has been diminished by the nature of being a musician, as well as my job as a project manager at a software company. I have also felt diminished by the fact that I am a woman, and that I am overweight.
I want to look my best, both on the outside and the inside. I want to feel confident in my abilities, and believe that I can accomplish any goal I set my mind to.
Since I became more aware of my body image, I have begun practicing yoga, doing Pilates, and taking a step class at the YMCA. My body is changing, but it takes time.
I'm glad I don't have to worry about getting to the gym before work anymore, because I've been working out every single day since February! And I'm not just pumping iron; I'm doing cardio and weights, too.
