When I was young, I didn't know what the MBTI test was. I just knew that other people seemed to have a certain personality type. Many of the people I admired had that personality type. They were kind and generous. They gave a lot to the world and they were good at helping others. When I was a kid, I thought it was really important to be that way, too. So I took the test, and then I took it again as an adult—and I've taken it a few times since then.
I've always been an idealist, a realist, and a leader. And I've always been an ENFJ, which is why I think that I ended up doing what I do.
What is your definition of a leader?
When I was little, I remember my mom always telling me that being a leader meant helping other people with their problems. When I was in elementary school, I thought it was cool to be a leader. It's still important to me now. When you're a leader, you help other people and you inspire them to do things differently.
