Brett personality type is INTJ, so I can relate to that. He is a very witty person, I love his sense of humor. It is so great to see him come out of his shell and talk to us, his fans.
I want to turn this to you, because I think it is important. We have seen a lot of love for both you and your brother, but there has been some negativity from the internet as well. What do you think of the backlash? What do you think of the people who say insulting things about you?
I was really sick of it, but I have to understand why people are saying that. If you are a singer, if you are an actor, if you are a dancer, there is going to be criticism. That’s what you signed up for. You signed up for the artistic career. So why would I not expect it? Why would I not be confident in my own work?
I know the answer—my parents were very supportive of me throughout my career, but I don’t think they would have been able to understand the level of criticism that I am getting on the internet. They were both teachers, they were both administrators in their careers.
