Mothball personality type is INFP, the “Inner Child”. We have the most difficulty with letting go, and holding on to the past. It’s not that we do not understand the value of letting go, we simply cannot do it. We are very sentimental and emotional, and our imaginations are vivid. We live in the moment, and we are very sensitive to our feelings and emotions.
How can we let go? We can’t. We simply cannot let go of our past in order to move into the future. We are not free from our past, we simply choose to forget about it. We do not repress our emotions, we simply choose to let go of them. This is a very healthy choice, and one that helps us to grow into the best versions of ourselves.
It is very difficult for us to move forward in life if we do not let go of our past. If we do not recognize that the past is behind us, then we will never be able to move forward in our lives. We will be stuck in the same place, unable to move on in our lives. If we cannot let go of our past, then how can we ever move into the future?
