The INTJ Personality
INTJs are analytical and objective. They prefer to listen to both sides of a story before they develop a conclusion. They tend to have a more sophisticated understanding of people and situations than most other types, and they are rarely at a loss for words. As a result, INTJs tend to get on well with many types, especially those who are also analytical and objective in nature.
INTJs are sometimes criticized for being too critical and hard to get along with. This is true to some extent. While INTJs are certainly capable of dealing with people they dislike or dislike them, they don’t tend to enjoy this as much as they do dealing with people they can relate with and can get along with well. This is why INTJs tend to be drawn to careers like science or engineering rather than the arts or social work. While INTJs can certainly handle these career fields, getting along with the people around them is not their strong suit.
